LOBO Yentafo Sauce (ซอสเย็นตาโฟ โลโบ้) is a ready-to-use sauce from LOBO for making yen ta fo (เย็นตาโฟ) — Thai pink noodle soup, one of the most visually distinctive and uniquely flavoured noodle dishes in Thai cuisine. Yen ta fo is a noodle soup characterised by its striking pink-red broth, which gets its colour and distinctive sweet-sour-spicy flavour from fermented red tofu (tao huu yee daeng, เต้าหู้ยี้แดง) — a Chinese-influenced fermented tofu paste that is the defining ingredient of the dish. The soup is typically served with a mix of toppings including fish balls, squid, morning glory (water spinach), fried tofu, and crispy wonton, over flat rice noodles or glass noodles.
