At Chang Market, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery so you can enjoy your favourite Thai groceries without hassle.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Options

  • Local Delivery (Cabramatta & surrounding suburbs): Same-day or next-day delivery may be available. Fees apply based on distance.

  • Click & Collect (In-store Pickup): Free pickup at Shop 3, 50 Park Rd, Cabramatta NSW 2166. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days depending on location.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days depending on location.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for orders above a specified amount.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

  • Certain remote or regional areas may have longer delivery times.

5. Perishable & Frozen Products

  • Perishable and frozen items are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup to ensure product quality.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage if frozen goods are shipped outside the local delivery area.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your delivery via the courier’s website.

7. Delays

  • While we work with trusted couriers, delivery times may be affected by weather, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand.

  • Chang Market is not liable for delays caused by the courier.
