As we operate both our physical store and online store using the same inventory, stock levels may occasionally change before your order is packed. Some items may also be temporarily unavailable due to supplier shortages or delayed supplier deliveries.

To avoid delaying the shipment of your entire order, we reserve the right to remove unavailable items and issue a refund to your original payment method without prior notice if we are unable to source the product. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Local delivery is available to selected areas near our store. Orders must be at least $100, and delivery fees vary based on distance from our location.
