LOBO Tom Yum Paste (พริกแกงต้มยำ โลโบ้) is a ready-to-use cooking paste from LOBO for making tom yum (ต้มยำ) — Thailand’s most internationally famous soup and one of the most recognised Thai dishes worldwide. Tom yum is a clear, hot, and sour broth soup defined by the bold, aromatic combination of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, chilli, fish sauce, and lime juice — producing a soup that is simultaneously spicy, sour, and intensely fragrant. The two most common versions are tom yum goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง, with prawns) and tom yum gai (ต้มยำไก่, with chicken).
