LOBO Thai Style Fruit Dip 290g

LOBO Thai Style Fruit Dip 290g

LOBO Thai Style Fruit Dip (น้ำปลาหวาน โลโบ้) is a ready-to-use Thai fruit dipping sauce from LOBO based on nam pla wan (น้ำปลาหวาน) — one of the most distinctive and beloved condiments in Thai street food culture. Nam pla wan is a thick, sweet, salty, and mildly spicy dipping sauce made from fish sauce, palm sugar, shallots, and dried chilli, traditionally served alongside fresh unripe or semi-ripe fruits such as green mango, guava, rose apple, and starfruit. The combination of sweet-salty-spicy dip with the crisp, tart acidity of fresh fruit is one of the defining flavour experiences of Thai street food — a snack eaten throughout the day at markets and street stalls across Thailand. The LOBO version provides this characteristic nam pla wan flavour in a convenient ready-to-use bottle. The 290 g bottle is suited to multiple servings.
