First-time use

1. Wash thoroughly with a scouring pad and dishwashing liquid, then rinse with clean water.
2. Rinse again with hot water by pouring boiling water over the pan. The pan is now ready to use.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. Clean with a scouring pad and dishwashing liquid after each use. If food residue is stuck, soak in hot water mixed with dishwashing liquid for approximately 30 minutes to loosen.
2. Dry completely immediately after washing. Place under direct sunlight before storing in a bag to minimise air exposure. Do not air-dry naturally.
