Kindee Thai Spicy Laab Namtok Powder (ผงลาบน้ำตกสำเร็จรูป กินดี, phong laap naam tok sam-ret-rup kin-dee) is an instant Isan seasoning powder from the Kindee brand suited to two closely related Northeastern Thai dishes: laab (ลาบ) and nam tok (น้ำตก). Laab is a spicy minced meat salad seasoned with toasted rice powder (khao khua), dried chilli, fish sauce, lime, and fresh herbs including mint and shallots — one of the most iconic dishes of Isan cuisine.
