วิธีดื่ม: ชง 1 ซองในน้ำร้อน 120 มล. แช่ 10–20 นาที ดื่มก่อนนอน.
การใช้งาน: มีฤทธิ์ช่วยขับถ่าย ควรเริ่มจากแช่ 5–10 นาทีสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้น.
Directions: Steep 1 sachet in 120ml hot water for 10–20 minutes before bedtime.
Notes: Gentle laxative effect. Beginners should steep for 5–10 minutes.

FITNE tea is not a regular tea. It is a strong laxative and will make you go to the toilet.
Many users may experience:

• Sudden bowel movement / diarrhoea (“loose stool”)
• Stomach cramps
• Urgent need to use the toilet, especially 8–12 hours after drinking

Do NOT drink continuously every day.
Excessive use can lead to electrolyte loss and dehydration.

Please drink 6–8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.

• Anyone with bowel, intestinal, or stomach issues

FITNE coffee products contain caffeine, so avoid taking them before bedtime if you are sensitive to caffeine.
