ERAWAN Rice Flour (แป้งข้าวเจ้า) is finely milled from regular (non-glutinous) rice, producing a light, smooth flour with a delicate texture — distinct from the sticky, chewy Glutinous Flour. Used across Thai and Southeast Asian cooking for rice noodles, crispy coatings, and a wide range of lighter desserts and snacks.
