Double Dragon Mung Bean Sheets are thin, translucent dried sheets made purely from mung bean starch, with a smooth, silky texture when rehydrated. A milder alternative to the Seaweed Sheet, with no added umami — perfect for dishes where you want the sauce or broth to be the star.
